WWII Royal Canadian Air Force Officer's Service Cap

Here we have used and salty RCAF officers visor cap with in the typical blue-grey colour with a one-piece crown, four-piece body with seams at each of its cardinal points, center band, and stiff square cloth covered visor. A black patent leather chinstrap, with dual adjustment sliders, is to the front of the center band, attached over each ear by flat, black fabric buttons. The cap retains its original bullion and velvet raised design, RCAF officer cap badge. The badge features a kings crown (embroidered) with a gilt washed metal albatross. The top of the badge has been re-stitched to the cap to the crown. A brown leather sweatband is to the interior, that shows heavy usage and wear with only the front section present. The crown is lined in black with a sewn diamond design. The cap shows heavy usage and wear overall, making it a nice original item.
