Here is a named 8th Air Force 457th Bomb Group 751st Squadron Air Gunners four pocket tunic flying in a B17 out of Glatton Huntingdonshire.

Left sleeve is an English made 8th patch, Sergeant rank to both sleeves and Aviation branch and US collars discs. Named in the collar.
