WWII Early US Army 2nd Armoured Division Patch

Here is an early rare 2nd Armoured Division patch. Used it has three press studs attached to the back for easy removed from uniform. Fully embroidered with a border, smaller than usual measures 3 1/2”.

Patton's 2nd Armored Division ("Hell on Wheels") was an armored division of the United States Army. The division played an important role during World War II in the invasions of North Africa and Sicily and the liberation of France, Belgium, and the Netherlands and the invasion of Germany.
