Coldstream Guards

Guards cap badge, specifically a pattern worn on the beret or pith helmet, often referred to as a "Pagri" star or valise badge. With lug fittings.

It features an eight-pointed rayed star with a central garter bearing the motto "Honi soit qui mal y pense" (Shame on him who thinks evil of it).
The badge is constructed from brass.
The Coldstream Guards is the oldest continuously serving regiment in the regular British Army, established in 1650.
