WWII 9th Army Air Corps

Here we have a scarce “Base Made” 9th AF emblem made and fashioned from perspex. Painted and worked from the back.
US servicemen would make this type of trench art in their spare time as a keepsake. maybe for one of those pretty Norfolk girls.
