Early WWII American Flying Cap by Polaroid

Here is a scarce 1940’s Flying cap with built in flip down sun shield in good overall condition. Four panel construction, the flip down sun shield is riveted to the peak and riveted to the shield. Light service wear overall, the sweat band is cracked in places (see images). Size 7.
